If your floral arrangement arrives damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund.
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us right away. We will correct the error by delivering the correct item or providing a refund.
To request a refund, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
